Bryant Dunivan focuses his practice primarily in the fields of Debtor’s Rights (Foreclosure Defense, Deficiency Defense, Bankruptcy, Fair Debt Collection violations, Fair Credit Reporting violations, and Credit Card/Debt Negotiations) and Real Estate law (landlord-tenant matters, easements, contract enforcement, deed preparation and quiet title actions). Bryant has a passion for defending his client’s rights and making sure each client makes informed decisions on any decision they may face in a legal matter. Bryant also actively blogs about frequent changes to laws affecting consumers.
Bryant also strives to stay on the cutting edge of Florida law and reviews the latest opinions from courts throughout the state of Florida that may help his clients in their various positions. Bryant is consistently in the court room advocating on his clients behalf and practices law throughout the entire state of Florida.
Prior to becoming a licensed Attorney, Bryant received his Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Florida Gulf Coast University. After college, he attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, obtaining his Juris Doctorate. Bryant focused his studies in law school on Litigation.
He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is also a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section, as well as a board member for the Florida Alliance for Consumer Protection.
