
Michael J. Owen
Michael J. Owen is the founding Partner of the firm and focuses on general civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Owen was raised in the Brandon, Florida area and still calls it home today. Mr. Owen has handled complex legal issues to help consumers in both State and Federal Court.
Mr. Owen’s areas of practice include real estate litigation, foreclosure matters, property disputes, breach of contract claims, contract preparation, commercial finance, landlord/tenant disputes, premises liability claims, homeowners association law, estate planning, administration law, and more.
Mr. Owen has taken many cases to trial and prides himself in defending the rights of consumers. Mr. Owen attended Saint Leo University for his undergraduate where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He attended law school at The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.
Mr. Owen is licensed in Federal Court, Middle District of Florida and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
